An urbanised beach
Although it is an urbanised beach and not at all unspoilt, like many of the coves to be found in Minorca, the truth is that it is very much in keeping with the natural environment, if we exclude a hotel that destroys this beautiful scene. As it is urbanised, you can find a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cocktail bars, cocktail bars?
All kinds of services
Likewise, it is a beach full of services: parking, lifeguards, boat hire, beach umbrellas for hire. And although you should bear in mind that its waters are not as ideal for snorkelling or diving as in most of the island’s coves, you will be able to practise other types of water sports. On the other hand, it is an easily accessible beach, perfect for families with children, although at the ends you can also find remote and quiet areas.
An ancient basilica
And if in addition to enjoying a beautiful beach you would like to learn more about the history of Menorca, you can visit the ruins of an ancient Paleochristian basilica discovered in 1951.
