In a village of only 100 inhabitants
As we mentioned, San AntolĂn is an extensive white sandy beach in the council of Llanes. Specifically, it is located at the mouth of the river BedĂłn and very close to the rural centre of San AntolĂn, a village of only 100 inhabitants.
A semi-urban beach in a natural setting.
Although it is surrounded by a beautiful natural environment, it is considered a semi-urban beach, among other things due to its high occupancy in summer. It also offers good road access, parking and different facilities and services: surveillance, danger signs, Red Cross post, litter bins, seasonal beach bar, a promenade that has been refurbished in recent years… We would also like to highlight the viewpoint, which offers spectacular views.
Ideal for surfing
It is important to bear in mind that the beach is subject to strong waves. In fact, there are many surfing enthusiasts who come here. You should also know that bungee jumping is practised on the viaduct that flanks the beach. Finally, we would like to point out that the far end of the beach is frequented by nudists. We leave you with our gallery below, where you will find more images of this Asturian beach, so don’t miss it!
