Nudist beaches girona

Illa-Roja
Girona’s nudist beaches offer paradisiacal settings where you can get in touch with nature in the most natural way possible… If you like to enjoy the sun and the water with your skin uncovered, don’t miss these recommendations that will help you get to know the beaches that are scattered around different parts of this Catalan province.

L’Illa Roja Cove (Begur)

A large reddish-coloured rock presides over this 120-metre long beach. A rocky wall flanks the cove and it is possible to practise nudism here. It is a quiet cove with crystal-clear waters that can be reached from Sa Riera or from Playa del RacĂł.

Punta d’Es Borro (Colera)

This beach is 40 metres long and is surrounded by woods, in a natural area far from the town. It is not very crowded because it is somewhat secluded and the sand is coarse and rocky, however, if you feel like practising nudism in a privileged, intimate and almost virgin environment, it will be a good choice.

Es-Borro

S’Alqueria Gran (CadaquĂ©s)

This beach is located in the Racó des Moro bay. You will reach it along the road that goes from Cadaqués to the Cap de Creus lighthouse. It is 60 metres long and has coarse sand and rocks, with no intervention or infrastructures. It is possible to go snorkelling in its transparent waters and you can walk along the rocky seabed of this nudist beach.

Bona cove (PalamĂłs)

Small nudist cove with no services. You can reach it along a natural path that runs between rocks and pine trees. It is quite isolated, so its level of occupation is low. So if you are looking for disconnection and tranquillity in Girona, this golden sandy beach will be a very good choice if you are spending your summer holidays in this area.
