Fortunately, nudists don’t usually have much trouble sunbathing and skinny-dipping on Spanish coasts. In the Canary Islands, for example, you can find plenty of naturist beaches, with the advantage that they can be visited almost all year round.

La Tejita
First of all, we would like to talk about La Tejita, a place where you will feel in contact with nature. More than 1 kilometre long, this sandy beach is located next to the spectacular Montaña Roja. In addition to practising nudism, you will have a great time surfing or any of its modalities.
Los Patos
Of course, we would also like to talk about Los Patos, a black sand beach located in the north of Tenerife. Without a doubt, the best thing about this beach is its wild aspect, with mountains full of vegetation acting as a backdrop. However, it is important to bear in mind that there are no services of any kind here and that, furthermore, you should take extreme precautions when it comes to bathing.
Las Gaviotas
Las Gaviotas beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, is also on this list. As well as being far from the main tourist centres and urban centres, this beach is surrounded by spectacular natural scenery and has tremendously clean waters.
Benijo
Finally, we would like to talk about another spectacular beach: Benijo beach. This is an unspoilt beach surrounded by an impressive setting. With black sand, it has no services of any kind and can be dangerous due to the waves and currents.
