Although the practice of nudism is not forbidden on any of Spain’s beaches, the truth is that customs and the different municipal regulations have limited naturism to just a few specific spots along the coast.
Luckily for all lovers of nudism, not wearing a swimming costume on the beach is becoming more and more accepted in our country. On the coast of Granada, for example, you can find seven beaches that are considered nudist beaches, as well as an inland beach where this practice is also common. Do you want to know them? Then come with us!
Beach of El Ruso
First of all, we would like to talk about El Ruso beach, which is located in the municipality of Albuñol. Although it offers no services or facilities, it is a beautiful place.
La Rijana Beach
Another nudist beach in Granada is La Rijana, which is isolated and has no services. With dark sand, it offers crystal clear waters ideal for snorkelling.
La Joya Beach
It is difficult to access, but it is certainly worth a visit. We are referring to La Joya, a small cove of dark sand located in Torrenueva.
CantarrijĂĄn Beach
CantarrijĂĄn beach is also considered a nudist beach. Its access is complicated, but it is still quite popular, among other things because it has some services.
CalabajĂo
In the municipality of Almuñécar we find the CalabajĂo beach, considered one of the best beaches of fine sand in Granada.
Cotobro Beach
Also in Almuñécar is the beach of Cotobro, which offers different services, as well as easy access.
El Muerto
From Cotobro beach you can reach El Muerto, a secluded beach without a promenade that is made up of dark sand and gravel.
Nudist beach of NegratĂn
Finally, we would like to talk about the Nudist Beach of NegratĂn, which is located in the NegratĂn Reservoir, in the interior of the province.
