Although those who wear swimming costumes on the beach are still the majority, there are more and more people who decide to enjoy the sun and the sea as God brought them into the world, something that does not surprise us at all, since nudism has many advantages: it is healthy, relaxing, hygienic (you don’t have to put up with wet swimming costumes), increases self-esteem and acceptance of your own body… Moreover, those who practice it assure that it is the best way to live in harmony with nature.
Fortunately, naturists are finding it easier and easier to find beaches where they can follow their lifestyle. In the province of Cadiz, for example, it is possible to find many beaches where nudism is permitted or accepted. We’ll tell you about some of the best ones below!
Beach of Bolonia
First of all, we want to talk about Bolonia beach, a spectacular sandy area located in Tarifa. Specifically, the nudist area is called El Chorrito and is located between Punta Paloma and Bolonia.
Cala del Aceite cove
In Conil de la Frontera it is also possible to find beaches where nudism is common, such as Cala del Aceite, which is located next to the fishing port. It is a sandy beach with few services, although it does have a beach bar, cleaning service and security.
Beach of the Castillejos
From Conil de la Frontera we move to Caños de la Meca to visit the Playa de los Castillejos, made up of several coves that are formed under some cliffs. Here you can enjoy crystal clear waters sheltered from the east.
Cortadura Beach
The only natural sandy beach in the municipality of CĂĄdiz is Cortadura Beach, which is located next to the so-called walls of Cortadura, on the sandy bar that joins the city with San Fernando.
Zahora Beach
Finally, we would like to tell you about Zahora beach, which is located in the municipality of Barbate. It is an excellent sandy beach with fine sand dunes and beautiful views of Cape Trafalgar.
