With summer just around the corner, what we all want most of all is to enjoy a beautiful beach where we can take a dip or simply relax. Normally we talk about faraway beaches where only the lucky ones will have the pleasure of going. That is why today we want to talk to you about the Spanish coast which, as we know, does not have much to envy from the rest of the world. Today we want to take you to one of the most touristic areas of our country when this season arrives, the Costa del Sol.
One of the provinces of Andalusia that receives most visitors is Malaga, which has a large number of beautiful beaches. Today we are going to tell you about the coastline of one of its municipalities, RincĂłn de la Victoria. There you can find 4 extensive urban beaches of dark sand, where you will find all kinds of services.
One of these beaches has the same name as the municipality, RincĂłn de la Victoria, and is located in the town centre. It is about 3,600 metres long and 30 metres wide on average, with dark sand and a medium level of occupancy.
Another of its beaches, the most westerly, located next to the border with the municipality of Malaga, is Cala del Moral beach, 1.3 km long. Of gravel and dark sand, it is characterised by its moderate waves, its promenade and its high level of occupation. It is delimited by breakwaters and the promontory.
The third beach, to the east, is Torre de BengalbĂłn, which stretches for about 700 metres and has a high occupancy rate. It is semi-urban and, like the others, has dark sand. Lastly, you will find Los Rubio beach, which is 1.1 km long and has very similar characteristics to the previous one.
