Beaches of menorca

The island of Menorca is one of the most prized and admired not only in Spain but also in the whole European continent, and few offer beaches with a similar atmosphere and scenery. If you can afford a getaway to this Balearic island on your next holiday, don’t hesitate, it’s impossible not to fall in love with it!

Take a look at some of its best beaches, and make your own route through the area!

– Macarella: This unspoilt beach is a great favourite thanks to its fine white sand and waters as clean and clear as any swimming pool, all surrounded by lush green vegetation completely isolated from the rest of the world.

– Cala Macarelleta: It is located right next to the previous one, and although it offers the same characteristics, its small size makes it a more intimate and cosy place reserved for a lucky few.

– Cala Galdana: This urban beach combines the same excellent characteristics of the previous ones with an environment that offers many services, comforts and also the possibility of doing many water sports.

– Cala Mitjana: Located in the south of the island next to Cala Galdana, this small beach offers enviable turquoise waters and soft sand always ready to welcome you during your long days in the sun.

– Binibeca Beach: The truth is that what makes this area special is not the beach itself but the beautiful village of small white buildings that surrounds it. You can’t miss it!

– Cala en Porter: The enormous cliffs that surround this beautiful cove with its long shore make it one of the most special corners of the whole island.

Other fascinating beaches are Cala Turqueta, Son Bou, Cala Blanca, Cala Pregonda, Es Talaier or Cala d’en Bosch.
