Did you know that in the province of Cadiz there are no official nudist beaches? Yes! Yes! Just as you are reading it! However, due to the unspoilt state of much of its coastline and the number of quiet and isolated spots that can be found, nudism enthusiasts will have no problem practising this lifestyle.
One of the beaches that we would consider nudist despite this lack of official status is Bolonia, or at least part of it. In fact, it is considered one of the best nudist beaches in the south of Spain, as well as one of the best beaches in Andalusia. Would you like to know more about this beautiful beach in CĂĄdiz? Then pay attention to what we tell you below!
The nudist area
Whether you are a fan of nudism or not, you should know that the nudist area of Bolonia beach is known as El Chorrito, an area located between Bolonia and Punta Paloma. Also, once you pass the famous dune, in the direction of Zahara, you will find the Claudia baths, an area where nudism is also common. What we don’t recommend is that you do it in the central area, right in front of the beach bar.
Among the best beaches in Spain
Regardless of which area you choose, you will be able to enjoy a truly amazing beach. Its crystal-clear waters and fine white sands stand out, as well as its dunes, which change shape and vegetation. Below we leave you with some beautiful images of Playa Bolonia. After taking a look at them you will understand why it has been chosen as one of the best unspoilt beaches in Spain and as one of the best beaches in the country in 2014.
