In the shape of a shell, OrzĂĄn Beach shares sand with Riazor Beach. In fact, both beaches are separated by the breakwater known as La Coraza. It is located in an urban setting, at the foot of A Coruña’s seafront promenade, and offers all kinds of facilities: toilets, showers, lifeguard, lifeguard post, car park. It also has access for people with reduced mobility.

It is important to bear in mind that this is an ideal beach for water sports such as bodyboarding and surfing. However, it is recommended for those who are just starting out, as the waves are not very big. What you should know is that the place can often be dangerous due to the tide.
