Its long, sunny days, with temperatures ranging from 19 to 25ÂșC all year round, invite you to take a dip as soon as you arrive. As you might have guessed, we are referring to the Canary Islands, which have more than 500 beaches. The best thing is that they come in all types and colours: white sandy beaches with turquoise waters, beautiful unspoilt bays, family beaches with all kinds of services, urban coves with lots of atmosphere…
Many people consider that the best beaches in the Canary Islands are to be found in Fuerteventura. In fact, the island hides places as beautiful as the Esquinzo Beach. Would you like to visit it? Then you just have to come with us!
Breathing tranquillity
If there is one thing we like about Esquinzo Beach, it is because it is wild and a haven of peace and sunshine. Although you can find more beautiful beaches in other parts of Fuerteventura, this one has something special that makes everyone who visits it fall in love with it. Perhaps it is because it is an unfrequented beach where you can breathe in the tranquillity.
Frequented by surfers
Located in the rather undiscovered town of La Oliva on the northern escarpment, the beach offers golden sand, coarse pebbles and a deep blue sea. It is important to bear in mind that this is a beach with a lot of waves. In fact, many surfers come here to enjoy the waves.
Without services
Finally, we would like to point out that there are no services or facilities on the beach, so you will need to be well equipped. Below we leave you with our gallery, where you will find more images of Esquinzo Beach. Most of them have been extracted from the website Hola Isla Canarias, belonging to Turismo de Canarias. Don’t miss it!
