No wonder Ibiza is one of the most visited islands in the world, as it offers nature, culture, beaches and, of course, lots of fun, which is what most tourists are looking for.
If there is one thing that makes this beautiful corner of the Mediterranean stand out, it is its coastline, which hides everything from extensive sandy beaches to tiny coves, as well as beautiful dune landscapes. Today we are taking you to Ibiza to discover some of the best beaches in the north of the island. Would you like to join us?
Xarraca Cove
First of all, we would like to talk about Cala Xarraca, a beautiful beach that is divided into two parts: on the one hand, we find an extensive beach located in front of the restaurant; on the other hand, a small cove where nudism is common.
BenirrĂĄs
If we are talking about the north of Ibiza, we cannot forget BenirrĂĄs, a beach famous both for its spectacular sunsets and for the hippy drumming party held on Sundays. You should also know that it is an ideal place for snorkelling.
AigĂŒes Blanques
A beach that could not be missing from the list is AigĂŒes Blanques (Aguas Blancas), one of Ibiza’s official nudist beaches. It is also important to bear in mind that you can take mud baths here.
Portinatx
We would also like to talk about Portinatx, a town that hides three marvellous beaches with crystal-clear waters. All of them have multiple services, as they are at the foot of the hotel establishments of the resort that are located in this place. Of course, it is also an ideal place for diving and snorkelling.
Salada Cove
Finally, we would like to talk about Cala Salada, which is located to the northwest of the island, next to Cala Saladeta. Both coves offer crystal-clear waters and golden sands. However, the second, smaller cove is much quieter.
