Some tourists come for the partying and nightlife… others for the relaxation and beauty of the natural landscapes. In any case, there are plenty of reasons to visit such an incredible destination as Ibiza.
Although a good reason to visit this Mediterranean island may be for its impressive coves. Unique in the whole world, very beautiful and the perfect destination to discover what true wellness is. If there is an Eden, it can be found in any of these coves in Ibiza?
Sa Caleta
For many travellers from all corners of the world, Sa Caleta is one of the best coves in Ibiza. At just 100 metres long, this charming little cove in the south of the island is one of the most popular with locals. There’s a reason for that, don’t you think?
MolĂ cove
But if you are looking for peace and wellbeing, you have an appointment at Cala MolĂ. In 2008, the San Antonio Town Council decided not to grant licences for beach bars, sunbeds or anything of the sort, in order to recover the cove and return it to its original state. The result is an incredibly beautiful and much quieter natural environment.
Benirras
Nor can we forget another of Ibiza’s most famous coves: Benirras. It has a very original pattern, as this cove is surrounded by hills of pine trees that create a very charming natural environment. And if you are also passionate about water sports, you have yet another reason to visit this cove, which is one of many travellers’ favourite destinations for snorkelling.
Salada Cove
For those of you who are looking for an unfrequented cove far from mass tourism, Cala Salada is a must. Small and sandy in appearance, this cove is another of the island’s inhabitants’ favourites. You will find it in the north of San Antonio.
There are different colours for different tastes… So, if you think we have left out any important cove, please share it with all of us.
