The beach of el raco in valencia

If you are looking for a nearby place to spend a fun holiday next summer, head for the Valencian beach of ‘El racĂł’, in the municipality of Cullera.

El Raco’ is a beach with clean waters surrounded by dozens of metres of golden sand (more than 1,200 metres long) and a row of palm trees bordered by a promenade that delimits the area.

This beach is the perfect place if you’re looking to relax, whether you’re lying on the sand while the sun caresses you, having a fun swim with your children or practising water or land sports. For all these reasons, this beach is a place frequented by all kinds of people, from families spending a few peaceful days of disconnection to young people looking for activity and fun.

In fact, there is a wide range of leisure activities nearby, as the beach is surrounded by hotels, restaurants and some children’s playgrounds. However, to get from the seashore to them you will have to walk along the more than 30 metres of sand that separate it from this area. Although it may seem inconvenient, this spaciousness means that no matter how busy the beach may be in summer, anyone can find their own space to play in the sand with the children or to play a friendly game of football or volleyball, for example.

Despite the high occupancy of this beach when the good weather arrives, ‘El RacĂł’ has been awarded the Blue Flag and different quality certificates for its good natural environmental conditions.

If you don’t have enough money for one of those trips to an island paradise, go to the Valencian Community and enjoy the great atmosphere of its beach!
