One of the things we like most about the Costa Brava is that it offers beaches for all tastes. And although our favourites are the small hidden coves that are surrounded by rocky walls, it is also worth visiting the wide beaches that are full of services. A beautiful natural setting
The beach of Sant Esteve de la Fosca, also known as La Fosca, is located in the bay of the same name, to the north of PalamĂłs. As you can see for yourself by taking a look at the images we show you in our gallery, it is a spectacular sandy area surrounded by a beautiful natural environment. It is also important to bear in mind that it is far from the large buildings in the centre. However, it is important to bear in mind that it is urbanised.
La Roca Fosca
The most striking feature of La Fosca is the large black rock that is semi-submerged in the sea. In fact, you can access it from the sand. We are referring to the Fosca Rock, a promontory that is more than 7 metres high.
A very family-friendly beach
Before we leave you with the images of La Fosca, we would like to comment that it is a very familiar beach. In fact, the entrance to the water is not very steep, so it is very safe for children.
