Majorca is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Spain, and why is that? Well, among other things, this Balearic island has some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. What’s more, this destination offers excellent tourist facilities and a rich and varied range of leisure and cultural activities.

Today we are going to Mallorca to tell you about one of its most special beaches. We are referring to Cala Sa Nau, which is located 13 kilometres from Portocolom, in Felanitx. Would you like to discover it? Well, you just have to come with us!

At the end of a sea meander

Undoubtedly, the best thing about this beach is its surroundings. Cala Sa Nau is located at the end of an S-shaped meander of the sea, which runs for 350 metres in limestone. Surrounded by ravines of reddish, white and ochre tones and Mediterranean vegetation, the beach offers fine white sand and beautiful crystalline waters. The only problem is that there are some buildings in the area that spoil the natural environment.

Of course, it is an ideal beach for diving and snorkelling. You should also know that it is a beach with different services, including a beach bar, sun loungers and parasols spread out over almost the entire beach, showers, toilets and car park. It is also adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Close to Cala Mitjana and CalĂł des Moro.

It is important to bear in mind that from this small cove you can reach Cala Mitajana on foot. You can also visit the Cova des Moro, a small cave with outbuildings, a fireplace and even a window.
