If you’re travelling to Minorca this summer, then you’d better find out which are the best beaches on the island of Menorca! On this website we have told you about many of them (CavallerĂa, Cala Escorxada, Cala Galdana, Cala Turqueta, Cala Mitjana, Cala Pilar…), but we still have many others to show you. Today, for example, we want to talk about Cala Presili, considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of the island.
Would you like to find out more about this beautiful sandy beach? Then you should pay close attention to what we are going to tell you next!
Very different from the beaches of the north
Also known as Capifort, Cala Presili is located in the north of Menorca, south of the FavĂ ritx lighthouse in MahĂłn. Although in this part of the island the beaches are characterised by their reddish colours, this marvellous cove is surprising for its fine white sand, like those found in the south. The best thing about it, however, is that it is an unspoilt cove, so you can enjoy nature in its purest state. Moreover, its waters are completely crystal clear and, therefore, ideal for snorkelling.
A beach without services
As we have already mentioned, Cala Presili is a virgin beach, so you won’t be able to find any kind of service here. Therefore, you will have to be equipped with everything you need to spend the day, especially water.
Access to the beach
You can reach the beach via the CamĂ de Cavalls, after walking about 1 kilometre. This is the first beach on the way. It is located before Cala Tortuga, which is a little further away. We leave you with our gallery below, where you will find more images of this Menorcan beach. Don’t miss it!
