What do you say we start the week by discovering one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole country? Perfect, right? Well, let’s get to it!
This time we are going to Villajoyosa, Alicante, where we have found the beach known as Cala del Charco, a corner of difficult access that gives off a special magic thanks to its geographical location, especially at sunset, when it offers us an impressive sunset. Would you like to know more details about this magnificent cove in Alicante? Then stay tuned!
An uncrowded beach
As you can see in the images in the gallery, the beach we are showing you today is a cove formed by pebbles that is a little hidden. The good thing about this is that it makes it an uncrowded cove, especially considering what tends to form on the province’s better-known beaches.
A beautiful backdrop
The most striking thing about the beach is its beautiful backdrop. To the right of the cove you can see a watchtower that gives the place a very special touch. It is a 17th-century tower located on a rocky promontory that, despite being quite deteriorated, is still standing, so it maintains its special charm.
Don’t miss the sunset
If there is one thing you should visit this beach for, it is to enjoy the sunset, which is when the cove gives off the most special atmosphere. Of course, you can’t leave the cove without taking a dip in its crystal-clear waters.
Here we leave you with our gallery, where you can discover more images of this beach in Alicante. Don’t miss them!
