If you are a follower of this website, you will know that we are passionate about the Costa Brava, the area of the Catalan coastline that runs from Blanes to Portbou, on the border with France. Here you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the whole country, as well as charming villages, exquisite gastronomy and an important historical and cultural heritage.
One of the beaches on the Costa Brava that is well worth a visit is Sa Boadella cove, located in the municipality of Lloret de Mar, between Santa Cristina beach and Fenals beach. Would you like to discover it in more depth? Well, all you have to do is join us!
A practically virgin spot
Only 250 metres long, this beach is a marvellous place to visit because of its tranquillity and because it is a practically virgin spot surrounded by cliffs and a large grove of trees. Of course, you can enjoy the typical crystal-clear waters of the Costa Brava.
A fairly quiet beach
This beautiful beach in Lloret de Mar is rather quieter than other beaches in the Catalan municipality, something that has to do with its difficult access. However, if you feel like getting away from the noise and crowds, it is well worth the walk. It is also important to bear in mind that it is located under one of the most beautiful gardens on the entire Girona coastline: the Santa Clotilde Garden.
Nudist areas
Finally, we would like to mention that on the beach you can find small coves formed by the granite rocks that dot the sand. Nudism is usually practised in the furthest ones. We leave you with our gallery below, where you will find more images of this beach on the Costa Brava. Don’t miss it!
