The beaches and coves of the Costa Brava are among our favourites, as they usually offer good temperatures, lush vegetation and crystal clear waters. Moreover, on this coast you can also find charming fishing villages.
Today on this website we would like to tell you about one of the most beautiful spots on the coast that stretches from Blanes to the French border. This is Cala Estreta, a beautiful unspoilt beach located in Palamós. Would you like to discover it in more depth? Then you just have to come with us!
A beach surrounded by cliffs
Cala Estreta (Narrow Cove) is located in the beautiful town of Palamós and, as we have just mentioned, it is an unspoilt beach. Surrounded by cliffs, it is considered by many to be one of the most fascinating coves on the Costa Brava.
A very narrow beach
Surrounded by cliffs, the cove stretches for some 150 metres, although it is quite narrow (barely 10 metres). Hence the name of the beach. As you can see for yourself by taking a look at the images in our gallery, it is made up of coarse sand and offers tremendously crystalline waters that are well worth snorkelling in.
A nudist beach with difficult access
Access to the beach is not easy, but the walk is worth it, especially because the surroundings are completely unspoilt. However, you should bear in mind that the beach does not have any kind of service, although in summer you will be able to find a small beach bar. We would also like to point out that nudism is very common in this place. Here we leave you with our gallery, where you can find more images of this beautiful beach on the Costa Brava. Don’t miss it!
